Our Claims are a flat rate cost, that includes delivery and guarantees the amount of finished beef you will receive. No more hauling ice chests, separate fees and not knowing exactly what you will receive in the end. This process allows us to maintain quality control from start to finish. We are working with a trusted USDA Inspected facility with skilled Craft Butchers who are experienced and take the extra care to ensure the finished product looks as good as it tastes.
